Want Your Life To Change? Change Your Paradigms

By Bob Proctor

Ever think of robbing a bank? Some people think this is the only way to become rich-it is not. If you think you need to be someone else to build wealth you are wrong. Anyone can do it and it can be done at anytime. All you need in changing your life is changing your paradigm.

So what do we do and where do we start? There are three things you can do to effectively improve your life in a straightforward and helpful way. First, write down your goals and make it as specific as possible. Take for example your dream to become rich. Envision yourself wealthy and jot down everything you see clearly and in detail.

Next, list every connection that comes to your mind when you think of your goal. An effective way to do this is to employ a strategy many writers use in coming up with their plots. Put the goal in bold letters in the middle and encircle it. Then in the surrounding area, write down all the ideas that you associate with it. Perhaps it is earning money, build wealth, six figure income, etc. - whatever it is, include it in your sheet.

Are you looking at this sheet of paper right now? You are in fact looking at the paradigms you have held regarding money. Most of what you wrote you may already know about yourself, but there are some that might have surprised you. Like for some, a six figure income seems a bit excessive; therefore they unwittingly repel abundance in their earning money potential.

If you have your paradigms all listed down, zoom in on those key phrases that bring up strong negative emotions inside you. If you purpose to build wealth, what are the detriments that come against you from within yourself? Ask yourself why it is that these negative paradigms are coming up. Sometimes it is past bad experiences in relation to finances; for others it may be false notions that originated from culture or family.

Now that we have determined the source of your pre-existing paradigm-it's time for you to do something about it. Train yourself to reset your mindset on the negative paradigm. You can do this by writing down and speaking aloud motivational quotes that will fuel your desires to become rich.

For example, a good affirmation will be, "I am destined to grow rich and prosperous. Money is attracted to me and I am equipped to create wealth and manage my finances well when it comes." These motivational quotes are more than words, it is power itself. If you believe you truly are divinely ordained to grow rich and prosperous; all of the world will conspire to bring you wealth and abundance.

The problem with earning money is that if you do not deal with your mindsets first-it will only be an exercise in frustration. Changing your life is as simple as changing your paradigm. Purpose to operate in a higher level no matter how challenging it may be sometimes-there is no endeavor worthier than this. - 22871
